My dog, who weighs 65lbs and is 12 years old, may have eaten a couple of paint chips containing lead within the last 12 minutes. What should I do, and what signs should I look for to determine if he has lead poisoning?

My dog, Evee, a 5-year-old spayed female, has been lethargic, not eating much, and acting uncomfortable. She ate a whole chorizo burrito two days ago and now has a hard stomach on one side. She is trying to avoid us, hiding under the bed, and not drinking or eating. She did poop last night but it was small and uncomfortable for her. She also tries to go to the bathroom but doesn't, and her behavior is constantly going back and forth between laying down and getting up. Is there anything I can do, and should I take her to the vet?
