My dog ate chocolate and vomited once. Is this a good sign, and should I be worried?

My dog, Zoey, a 4-year-old Shihpoo, ate a small dove dark chocolate about three hours ago and has been lethargic with glassy eyes, rolling on her side, and stretching out for about an hour. She won't come for a treat but has eaten two. She had a solid bowel movement two hours ago and cannot hold her head up, it just falls over. What should I do?

What should I do if I suspect my dog, Buddha, may have COVID-19? He is 14 months old and has had a running nose for a couple of days. He has been eating and drinking normally, and his body is warm, but I have not checked his temperature. He is not scratching or showing other symptoms.
