My 10-month-old American Bulldog and Pitbull Terrier mix, Buckshot, is lethargic, not eating, drinking very little, and has been pooping pure red liquid with an above normal bad smell for the past 24 hours. He also vomited a lot, now just yellow bile. He may have eaten a rotten turkey bone and chewed up a portion of the couch (fake leather and foam). What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have a 5-month-old Mastiff named Lily who has been experiencing issues with her back legs, including limping and an inability to use them. She has also started limping on her front right leg. The vet suspects hip dysplasia or Lyme disease but hasn't confirmed it with blood work. What could be causing these issues and what further diagnostic steps should be taken?

My Cavalier King Charles, Bentley, who is on a home-cooked diet, ate about a cup of kibble, drank a lot of water and snow, and is now sleeping a lot but rapidly breathing and panting. He has a grade 1 heart murmur and is deaf. He had many hemorrhagic gastroenteritis episodes when he was younger. He is not vomiting or having diarrhea, but he is lethargic and not interested in going out. Could this be just from eating snow, or is it something more serious?

My dog, a 9-year-old teacup Yorkie, was recently diagnosed with diabetes. She suddenly became unable to stand, was panting heavily, had labored breathing, and threw up water. She also felt extremely hot and had a rectal temperature of 106.7°F. What should I do to help her, and is there anything I can do to bring her temperature down if I can't afford an emergency vet?
