My dog has IBD and has never had diarrhea before. He is on prednisone, cerenia, omeprazole, and eats Purina HA vegetarian food. Last night, he was up every 2 hours to poop, which has not happened before. I have a call into my vet, but what medicines are applicable for diarrhea in dogs?
