My 11-year-old German Shepherd, Lola, has a swollen breast and yelps in pain when it is touched. She has had a few lumps last year that were not treated. What can I do for her now?

She has been wormed and had her shots about 1.5 months ago, but we don't have the money to afford a vet. She seems more tired than usual, is needy, and has lost about half of her body weight. I have a 1 1/2 year old pitbull named Luna who has had hives for a couple of days. I've given her oatmeal baths, Benadryl, and sprayed her with a vet-prescribed spray. The hives have lessened but she threw up this morning after her walk. She's been lethargic since returning home. What could be causing this and what should I do?
