asked

My female dog has started keeping her usually upright tail down and is licking her rear area more than usual, especially when I touched her area to clean some poo. She is eating and drinking normally, but I can't find any obvious sores. Could this be life-threatening or can I wait until tomorrow to take her to her vet since this is Sunday?
