My dog Nala, a 14-month-old Staffy x Bullmastiff, has just finished her first heat cycle. Her nipples are swollen, not just the nipples but around them too. Could this be due to hormones, and if so, how long until the swelling goes away? Could she be pregnant, and if so, would it be showing this early?
