My German Shepherd, Pax, has been chewing at hot spots, especially during the summer. I had a vet prescribe Cephalexin 50mg, which helped clear it up, but the vet wants me to bring him in, which is difficult due to my health issues. What can I do to manage his hot spots and anxiety, and is there any way to get a prescription without bringing him in?
