My 8-year-old goldendoodle, Wally, had diarrhea for over 24 hours, followed by episodes of involuntary head shaking that lasted for a few minutes and then 30 seconds, both of which occurred in the ER without a clear diagnosis. He had new treats about 10 days ago and had surgery for an Insulinoma in July 2021 with normal glucose tests since. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do next?
