My little blue healer/corgi mix dog ate wild grapes. I noticed him near the grapes and told him to leave them, but I don't know if he had eaten any before I noticed. About 2 hours later, he acted like he was trying to vomit but didn't. I read online that grapes are poisonous to dogs. Should I give him activated charcoal, and if so, how much and how often?

My dog, Drako, a 1-year-old French bulldog, has been lethargic, shaking when inhaling, and not eating without coaxing since last night. He vomited water last night and has been urinating normally. He hasn't gotten his 1-year vaccinations yet but has had all puppy shots. What could be causing this sudden change in behavior, and what should I do?

We have two dogs, one 9 years old and one 13 years old, who have recently battled fleas. The younger dog has developed three bald spots on his back near the tail, about a quarter size each. He is scratching again but I haven’t seen him chewing this area, and there are no fleas. I am worried he has mange or something else. What could be causing these bald spots and what should I do?

Our 13-year-old dachshund has hyperproteinurea, hypertension, and a level 3 heart murmur. She is currently taking benazepril, amlodipene (which may be discontinued), and recently started Telmisartan. She is experiencing dry heaving and loose stools since starting Telmisartan. We were given a 7-day supply of Fortiflora Pro to help with digestive side effects, but I can't find literature indicating it's effective for medication side effects. Could you comment on the effectiveness of Fortiflora Pro for this purpose?
