My lorikeet has been scratching its nostrils and pulling its mouth with a strange sound for about two months. Sometimes there is sneezing, and the sound happens frequently, both during the day and at night. There is no discharge, but once a feather was stuck in its nose. Sometimes one nostril looks a little white for a few hours and disappears, especially after a shower. What could be causing this, and what treatment options are available?
