My dog, Anubis, who is 5 going on 6 years old, has blood coming out of his genital area intermittently. This is the second time it has happened. He has no pre-existing medical conditions, no vomiting, diarrhea, or coughing, and is urinating the same amount as usual. We have not checked his penis for cuts or swelling. My dog ate a Jardiance pill around 10:15 am. I gave him hydrogen peroxide to induce vomiting, and he threw up at about 12:00. He has since continued to vomit and is now more lethargic than usual. What should I do?

My puppy is excessively scratching one side of his neck, which has a hard red bump and some sort of plaque. He is a 4-month-old French bulldog and had initial flea/tick/heartworm prevention treatment at the store. There are no visible ticks or fleas, but the area was shaved for an ultrasound a couple of days ago. What could be causing this and what should I do?
