My Maltipoo, Teddy, has been scratching constantly for about a week. He is 3 years old, stays indoors most of the time, and has not been around any new dogs or cats recently. He has tried specialty itch shampoo and spray, but they haven't worked. Teddy is also rubbing his eyes and has pink and reddish skin where he scratches. What could be causing this and what should I do?
