My mini dachshund ate 10-15 Glyco Flex II bite-sized chews, which is significantly more than her usual dose of 1/2 per day. She has been vomiting multiple times and had diarrhea once. Should I monitor her for other signs to take her to a vet?

My Great Pyrenees puppy (10 months old) has occasional front shoulder issues. He's limping and holding it up. I've had it x-rayed and there doesn't seem to be any bone issue. Is there an over-the-counter pain killer you can suggest? Or, should I give him a glucosamine type joint medication?
