My dog, Oscar, a 9-year-old 40-pound dog, ate about 10 Hershey Kisses (milk chocolate) about 1.5 hours ago. He has not vomited and is eating and drinking fine. Should I be concerned about chocolate toxicity, and what should I watch for?

My 2-year-old border collie, Arthur, has been intermittently dry coughing as if he has something stuck in his throat about 5 times a day for the past week.
