My 12-year-old Maltese, Fluffy, has cloudy eyes, with the right one appearing swollen. The vet used dye to rule out cataracts, ulcers, or scratches and mentioned cancer as a possibility. Fluffy was prescribed an antibiotic to rule out a bacterial infection. Can cancer cause such eye issues, and should I seek a second opinion?
