My spayed female German Shepherd, Jet, has a strong female odor from her rear end. She is overweight, somewhat stiff in the legs, and doesn't want to take walks anymore. A urine test was done, which came back negative, but the vet didn't know what else to do. What could be causing this odor and what can be done to address it?

Should I take him for a walk, and are there any other symptoms or health issues I should inform the veterinarian about?
