My dog, Rocco, a Chihuahua mix, is a year and a half old. He had an ear infection that went away two months ago, but now he is eating grass, showing signs of the ear infection returning, and his overall attitude is sad. He also wiggles on his back like he's itching, has mood swings from excited to depressed, tears in his eyes, and tear stains under his eyes.
