My dog, Dream, has been vomiting for three days and cannot keep food or water down. She is an 8-month-old puppy. What can I do to help her at home since I don't have the money to take her to a vet right now?

My dog, Rocco, a Chihuahua mix, is a year and a half old. He had an ear infection that went away two months ago, but now he is eating grass, showing signs of the ear infection returning, and his overall attitude is sad. He also wiggles on his back like he's itching, has mood swings from excited to depressed, tears in his eyes, and tear stains under his eyes. Additionally, he has behavior issues like barking, climbing on strangers, snarling, and rarely nipping at people. What should I do at home to help him before going to a vet?

My dog, Sweetie Pie, a 5-year-old lab/pit mix, is overweight, has patches of hair falling out on her upper sides, and is constantly dragging and itching her bottom, jumping, and chasing her tail. Despite monthly flea and tick treatments, I found a tick on her recently. What could be causing these issues and what should I do?

My dog, Buddy, an 8-year-old Yorkie, ate some corn chips and possibly other junk food. On Sunday night, he had bright red blood in his stool. I took him to the ER, but left due to a long wait. He had diarrhea yesterday but today his stool is normal. Should he be seen by a vet if his stool is improving?

I have a 12-year-old bulldog recently diagnosed with mouth cancer. She started vomiting with blood around 2am and has been consistently vomiting since then. She is extremely weak, struggling to poop, go up stairs, or walk. I am very worried about her. We just got a new puppy with kennel cough a few days ago, but they have not been in contact.

My dog had an acute spinal injury with unknown cause, resulting in paralysis of the back legs. He has shown some improvement with physical therapy, acupuncture, and laser therapy, but I'm concerned about whether he will regain full sensation and mobility in his legs. Should I consider surgery, and if so, when? Also, how long does it typically take for nerves to regenerate and for my dog to start feeling his toes again?
