My 70lb dog, Marz, who is almost 5 years old, ate half a piece of grape about 30 minutes ago. He hasn't vomited since. Should I be concerned, and what should I monitor for?

There is some redness around the base of the nail, and he has been on antibiotics for a week with an extension for another week and added carpofren for inflammation. What could be causing this swelling, and is it serious?
