My puppy, Bear, stopped eating and drinking yesterday morning. He won't take any water and just lays down. He isn't whining or showing signs of pain. He turns away from food and water when offered. Bear is a German Shepherd/Rottweiler mix, 8 weeks old, and has been vomiting white foam and stringy material. What could be causing this and what should I do?
