My puppy, Lila, ate a leaf from a monstera plant and is coughing and has vomited once. She is still playful and in good spirits but occasionally coughs. She was spayed last Wednesday and weighs approximately 20-25 lbs. What should I do, and when should I be more concerned?

My dog, Livie, a 11-year-old Chihuahua mix, has been spinning in circles for hours and can barely walk. She is responsive but has no eye contact and her eyes flick when held still. My 13-year-old female Lab mix, Belle, weighs approximately 60 lbs and has an inflamed right ear with no odor or drainage, but some head shaking. She has arthritis in her hips and is on Carprofen 100 mg QD and Gabapentin 300 mg BID. What can be done for her ear inflammation until I can get her to a vet next week?

My younger dog, Stella, who is almost 3 years old, recently had another round of diarrhea. She has no other symptoms except panting a little before it happens. Her appetite has not changed, and she eats fast. Her stool is liquid today, and it's hard to identify due to recent rain.
