She has never been in a carrier before, and this is an emergency trip. She is healthy and not currently on any medications. What over-the-counter calming medications can I use, and what dosage should I give her for a 4.5-hour flight?

I adopted a male dog 3 weeks ago who is approximately 3 years old and was neutered 4 weeks ago. He has been experiencing incontinence, leaking urine while resting or sleeping, and sometimes while walking. He is fully housetrained and pees outside normally, but the stream is uncontrolled. His incontinence doesn't seem related to excitement. Could this be related to the neutering, and what other symptoms should I watch for?

This has never happened before. Additionally, there was bright yellow vomit on my carpet yesterday morning. What could be causing this and what should I do?
