My 10-year-old Boxer Bulldog, Atlas, has developed sores on his back that have gone from bumps to oozing sores over the past two weeks. He is an inside dog and has no history of skin issues. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog, Ivy, a 3-year-old Shih Tzu, had bloody diarrhea 24 hours ago. I changed her diet to chicken and rice, which she tolerated for one meal but vomited in the morning. She has been keeping down a little chicken since then and is otherwise peppy. The vomit looked like undigested chicken. Could the issue be related to a recent two-day car trip, and what should I do to help her recover?
