My dog, Lady, who is at least 10 years old, has been shaking bones and licking a lot, not sleeping, acting strange, and her ears are very alert. Her eyes are also a bit cloudy, and her skin crawls. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog, Rigby, a 3-year-old Jack-Chi mix, has developed brown scabs on the inner flaps of his ears bilaterally. The scabs are 8mm in size, slightly elevated, and can be removed with a warm compress and soap. There is no apparent discomfort, no history of ear or skin problems, and no changes in diet or medications. The ear canal is clean, and there is no sign of ear mites or infection. What could be causing these scabs, and what can I do to treat them?

I have a dog named Nina, an 8-year-old pit bull/french bulldog mix, who has a growth in her mouth affecting two teeth and filled with bone. The vet says he cannot perform the surgery and is referring me to an oral surgeon. Can he really not do the surgery, or is the growth more complicated than it appears and requires a surgeon? Also, Nina is eating and drinking fine and it doesn't seem to affect her daily activities. I want to fix it but cannot afford the high cost of surgery.
