I have a 4-month-old White (German) Shepherd. I have noticed dark pigmentation under the skin below his eyes, which is not tear staining. Is this typical of the breed, or could it be a sign of something else?

I have a six-year-old Havanese named Pickles. Recently, I have been dealing with a parasitic infection, and after 9 weeks, doctors are still unsure if I can pass it to my dog. One physician mentioned a small bacterial infection in my blood, which is safe for Pickles. However, the parasite issue is still uncertain, with only one infectious disease doctor suggesting it might be a type unknown to attack humans. My regular doctor said I could bring her back home, which I did. What are your thoughts, and is there any treatment my vet may want to give her?

I have a German Shepherd mix. She is not very tall, only about two feet. About two days ago, I noticed she quit jumping up on the bed. Also, when she goes to jump out of a car, she stops and whines for us to pick her up and take her out. I have tried range of motion on her back and front legs, and she doesn't seem to show any pain when I move them. Today, I threw up a tennis ball for her to catch, and she didn't even try, but only sat there and watched me. What could be the problem?
