My Shih Tzu had a 3-year Distemper vaccine and hasn't been the same since. He's laying around lethargically, seems unhappy, and is not his usual self. This is the second day. Should I be concerned? My other pet hasn't pooped in a few days, and both are eating small amounts of food. The Shih Tzu was at the emergency clinic recently because he ate a sparerib bone and didn't poop for about 3 days. They cleaned him out and saw no issues.

My 5-year-old Bernedoodle exhibits symptoms such as pacing, panting, twirling in circles, licking, no sleep, and hiding in strange places. She has these episodes a few times a year, which are becoming more frequent. I've tried medications like rymidal, valium, and antibiotics, but no vet can diagnose her condition. I live in a rural area of Alaska with no access to a vet. My 9-year-old dog, Jazz, was bitten by another dog, and the wound has healed over but now appears to be a subcutaneous abscess. There is no bleeding or draining, but a lump of pus has formed. Jazz has had all her shots and is spayed. What should I do to treat the abscess, and can I get medications shipped to me?
