My small Chihuahua, Pumpkin, has been making a weird cracking cough and seems unhappy with a plugged nose. She is eating less than usual and drinking little. She is lethargic and hides when I'm home. I'm worried she might have fluff from her teddy bear stuck in her throat. What should I do?
