My teacup Yorkie, Baby, age 5, is constipated with stool stuck in her behind. She hasn't eaten or drunk in about 5 hours and was straining with a piece of fecal material hanging out. I tried to help by applying warm water but she cried a little. Additionally, she doesn't have her menstrual cycle, and we don't know if she's fixed. What should I do to help her with the constipation and how can I determine if she's fixed?
