She is currently vomiting, not drinking much, and has diarrhea, despite still being happy and active. She is on 7cc of insulin twice a day due to reduced eating. What could be causing these symptoms and what should be done?

My Labrador Retriever (12 years, 80 lbs.) named Darby has been treated occasionally for a cervical neck strain using Methocarbomol and Deramaxx. He woke up whining at 1:00 AM and shows signs of renewed pain and discomfort, mainly reluctance to turn his head to the right. We are out of both medications. My wife has some Cyclobenzaprine, but I'm pretty sure the dog can't have that. Any suggestions?
