One or both of my Cavaliers ate a small steak taco garnished with raw onion, approximately a teaspoon or two of onion. The dogs weigh 18 lbs and 20 lbs, respectively. It happened about an hour ago, and they haven't vomited and have good energy. Should I be concerned about onion toxicity?

My puppy, Puddles, who weighs 30lbs, threw up his dinner 3.5 hours after eating it. 10 minutes before he threw up, he ate a small amount of my neighbor's garden fertilizer that looks like dehydrated carrots & cauliflower bits.
