Our 13-week-old puppy, Rogan, has been eating and drinking fine until today. He's been throwing up yellow liquid, has no diarrhea, and refuses to eat or drink. We haven't given him anything unusual, but he might have found something on his own and ate it. What could be causing this and what should we do?
