My 26-month-old Rottweiler, Kito, has been experiencing increasing rear hip pain after naps, especially since her larger brother moved in. She weighs 65lbs, and her brother is over 130lbs. She hasn't seen a vet in 6 weeks and isn't on any medications. What could be causing her pain, and what can I do to help her until I can get her to a vet?

I have a 2-year-old Boston Terrier named Edith. She is acting less active than normal, seems slightly bloated, shakes when picked up, and yelped when her upper abdomen was touched.
