Our 18-month-old Bloodhound, Millie, ate a piece of rope and has been showing signs of discomfort, including vomiting, lack of appetite, diarrhea, and lethargy. My dog, Delilah, has a gash on her back about an inch wide. We noticed it while giving her a bath. There is no bleeding or swelling, and she swims in our saltwater pool frequently. What should I do about the gash, and does she need stitches?

My dog, Nala, has started having bloody bowel movements and vomiting. She ate a sandwich and some cat food recently. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I just picked my pug, Roxy, up from dog boarding. She has a swollen area and some dried blood underneath her right eye (external, not in the eye), which is watering slightly but doesn't seem to bother her. She isn't licking or rubbing the area, and is eating and acting normally. Could this wait until I see her vet tomorrow, or should I take her to an emergency vet today?

I just brought home a liter of newborn puppies, half French Bulldog and half Cockapoo. One puppy keeps having milk come out its nose. I have been using an electric baby suck to get it out. What else can I do?
