My 10-year-old Welsh Terrier woke up gagging and later vomited clear water with a few seconds of debris. She has had messy bowel movements with blood tinges, labored breathing, and appears ill. She has a history of disappearing and possibly eating cat food. What should I do given I'm on a fixed income and can't afford a vet bill?
