My dog, Frankie, who is 6 years old and weighs about 65 pounds, hasn't eaten since 7am (it is now 3pm). He has had occasional intestinal gurgling and threw up some bile before 11am. He is now sighing a little bit and 'mleming'. He seems slightly less joyful and playful than usual, but not lethargic.
