My dog, Ellie, has a larger right hock compared to the left, which has been present for almost a year. The vet aspirated a tiny bit of fluid from it six months ago, finding no signs of cancer. What could be causing the enlarged hock, and what should be the next steps in diagnosing and treating this issue?
