My 6-week-old Basenji male puppy started scratching his nose and shaking his head about 6-7 hours ago, doing this every 10-15 minutes. He also runs with his two front feet and scrapes his anus on the floor about every half hour. There is slight redness from scratching on his nose, but no secretions from his nose, ears, and eyes. What could be causing this and what should I do?

Her water intake has increased slightly, but she is otherwise healthy and showing no obvious signs of urinary tract infection.
