Our dog has had recurring ear issues for several years, now worsening to constant head tilting and ear shaking. We've been cleaning her ears at home and have used medicated ear ointment, but it hasn't worked. Should we take her to the vet for another cleaning and consider using a cone of shame for a couple of weeks?
