My 6-year-old Boston Terrier, Bowie, has been experiencing recurrent diarrhea despite treatment with dexamethasone and Tylosin. The symptoms initially improved but have returned, and his stool remains abnormal. He also has a noisy stomach and frequent bowel movements. We have previously ruled out EPI and pancreatitis, and he has a history of allergies. What additional tests or treatments should be considered to diagnose and manage his condition?

My dog, Maggie, a 3-year-old West Highland Terrier, has been showing signs of a possible urinary tract infection for 2 days. She is frequently asking to go outside and seems frantic to urinate, but no blood is visible in her urine. What should I do, and is there anything I can do until I can get her to a vet on Saturday?
