Our English Bulldog, who just turned 3 in October, could not bark after being groomed while we were out of town. I gave him some Benedryl and put lemon juice in his water, and today he has been able to bark a little. He is not running a fever, is eating and drinking, and wants to play (though not as long as usual). Is there anything else I can do for him?

My dog has been stung by bees, resulting in large swelling on the nose and large hives all over the body. I gave him Zyrtec, but when will the swelling go down, and can I give him Benadryl after Zyrtec?

Hi, my 6-month-old Border Collie pup chewed a part of his back side until it caused irritation. I have treated it with antiseptic, salt water baths, and liquid zinc, and found and treated fleas. However, he is still itching and the area is still discharging. How long will it take to heal and why do you think he is still itchy?

My Borzoi, Sylvie, has had jaw chattering for several years, which has recently become more pronounced and almost constant. I suspect it might be related to her teeth needing a deep cleaning.
