Our male dog, Hilo, is shaking. He was resting most of today, didn’t want to walk or eat, and I just noticed his shaking. He was also nibbling on his feet, which he doesn’t usually do. What could be causing this and what should I check?

My dog, Lady, a 3-year-old King Charles Cavalier, is recovering from a bladder infection but is struggling to climb stairs and yelps when lifted. She is on antibiotics and Metacam for pain, eats and drinks well, and is generally happier. Should I be worried, and what additional steps should I take?

My 1-year-old Dalmatian, Shelby, had diarrhea for 3-4 days, which has now resolved, but she intermittently poops in the house and won't eat her food. She has redness around her anus and her tail is down when she walks, but she doesn't seem to be in pain or more tired than usual. What could be causing this and what should I do?
