We are looking for euthanasia services for our 14-year-old mixed breed Staffordshire terrier named Penelope, who has been diagnosed with failing kidneys. She is not eating or drinking, and we prefer to have a vet come to our home in Los Angeles, CA 90063 for the procedure. Are there any in-home euthanasia services available, and can you recommend any?

My 3-year-old Red Nose Pit, Abby, has been peeing in her cage with a little blood in her urine and an unusual smell for a couple of weeks. She doesn't seem more tired than usual and is eating well. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My English Mastiff, Duke, who is 11 years old, has a heart condition and has been on diltiazem and furosemide for a year. He is currently experiencing an episode where he can't stand, is very disoriented, and struggles to keep his balance. There is no cardiologist available until tomorrow. What can we do to help him until our vet opens or should we take him to an ER vet?

My standard doxie had lumps removed 14 days ago. The sutures were removed last Thursday. One area looks fine and is healing, but the area behind his elbow hasn't formed a scab yet. I'm applying kera vet gel and just ran out. The area looks open and red, and I found a couple of sutures I had to remove myself. Should I give him carprofen, and how should I manage his healing process?
