We have a 2-year-old German Shepherd who started excessively licking her rear end after being at a kennel for 3 days. The vet prescribed prednisone (10 mg) every other day, but the behavior returns when she stops taking it. What could be causing this and what can be done to address it?

Hi. We recently moved to Florida and overnight my Schnauzer has dropped half her body weight. She is weak, won't eat much, and is drinking excessive water. She may have had heat stroke. I am worried as she could hardly stand when I got home after being away for two weeks. What could be wrong and what should I look for before taking her to the vet?

My 8-year-old cocker spaniel has lumps all over her body that break open and release fluid, along with diarrhea, vomiting, and a tendency to sleep more than usual. She also drinks water. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

Our 10-year-old husky/collie mix, Bailey, is barely moving, won't eat, panting, and will drink water. She doesn't look like her limbs are hurt. When did you first notice this decrease in her appetite, and is there anything else the vet should know before I connect you?

My dog, Rhino, a 9-year-old mini pin, is lethargic, shaking, has a fever, won't eat, and is breathing quickly and shallowly. He has been home all day and has never acted this way before. What could be causing this and what should I do?
