We have a 5-year-old golden retriever named Biscuit who recently got a bone stuck on his lower jaw and ate gravel to soothe his irritated jaw. He has been vomiting and has loose stools with gravel and blood in them. Is this a serious problem, and what can we do to help him?

My 13-year-old Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Belle, has open sores that are red, warm to the touch, and have pimple-like bumps that seep green discharge. The sores start small and spread, with the worst area being on her hip, about 6 inches round. She has had about 12 different areas affected, some of which have healed but without hair regrowth. I give her weekly baths and wash the affected areas daily with diluted iodine. She has been on antibiotics and prednisone since the first vet visit, and has undergone many tests without a diagnosis. Additionally, she sleeps a lot, has started peeing inside, and drinks a lot of water when she goes to get a drink. What could be causing these issues and what further tests or treatments should be considered?

I have a Jack Russell Australian Cattle Dog mix named Oreo, who is around 1.5 years old. I've noticed a ball-like swelling on either side of his penis, about the size of a nickel. It doesn't seem to bother him too much, but it causes some discomfort. Massaging it temporarily relieves the swelling, but it comes back after a while. What could this swelling be, and is it something I should be concerned about?

My sister's female dog, weighing 3.5 to 4 lbs, is 60 days into gestation with 2 puppies. The vet mentioned that the puppies might not survive if not delivered soon. The dog is expected to give birth between 62 to 64 days, potentially extending to 71 days if bred early. My sister is concerned about the possibility of dystocia and the availability of emergency veterinary services. Additionally, she is worried about feeding the puppies, as she prefers goat's milk over regular milk replacer due to its thickness. What should we expect regarding the delivery and what is the best feeding option for the puppies?
