We have a very small puppy (runt), an Olde English Bulldogge, that trembles when sleeping. Is there something missing in his diet or is it just because he is small? We bottle feed him, and he would not nurse. The formula we use is 10oz goats milk, 1 cup of yogurt, 1 egg, and 1/2 tsp karo. What should we do?

Our dog Jesse has had Cushing's disease for almost two years and is on Trilostane. Despite eating well, she is becoming 'skin and bones'. My dog has elevated liver enzymes (ALT) of 1500, has lost weight, and was recommended Denamarin. The vet suggested a recall-free dog food like Innova, Evo, or California Natural, but these are also recalled. She was on Blue Buffalo and now on homemade chicken and rice. What other dog food brands can I consider, and what should I expect from her high liver enzymes? The vet wanted to do emergency surgery for a suspected blockage, but we opted to wait. What should be the next steps?
