I have a 45 lb dog named Wyatt who injured his rear leg while running through the woods. The injury appears to be a superficial laceration about 4cm long with minimal bleeding. I have cleaned the wound with peroxide, applied pressure with a bandage, and given him Tylenol 250mg. He was able to bear weight initially but is now limping. My concerns are: do sutures or staples have a time limit for application? Do we need antibiotics, and can we obtain them tomorrow? Can I use dermabond on dogs?

We have a 2-year-old Pitbull named Eli who hasn't eaten since the day before yesterday, is drinking a lot of water and vomiting it back up, has difficulty pooping, and his back left leg tenses up after trying to poop. He also seems lethargic. Additionally, our 7-month-old Mastiff mix is showing similar symptoms but is still energetic with diarrhea and frequent vomiting. Both dogs had a recent fast food change. What should we do?

My older dog, Toshi, has thrown up his food four times a few hours after his last meal. He is moving slowly, having trouble staying lying down, and seems to be in discomfort.
