My dog, Shayna, who is 10 years old and weighs 12 pounds, has dental issues and appears to be in pain, not anxious to eat, although she will eat soft food. We have a vet appointment on 3/12, but is there a temporary pain solution I can use before then?

I have a 2-year-old white standard poodle named Lucy. She is currently in her third heat cycle and has had diarrhea for three days, with bright red blood in her stool. She can only keep down ground turkey breast and rice. She is still very playful and alert. What can I do to help her, and should I be concerned about breeding her with our red male standard poodle?

My 7-year-old English Cocker Spaniel, Pohaku, seemed fine after paddle boarding but later showed signs of discomfort, such as not wanting to jump on the bed and whimpering when picked up. He also sat with his leg extended in an unusual way. Could this be a soft tissue injury from the activity, and should I monitor him for a few days or take him to the vet?

Is metronidazole recommended for a 6-year-old German Shepherd mix named Harley with suspected pancreatitis and hemorrhagic enteritis, given that he has 'strawberry jam'-like feces, mild abdominal tension on deep palpation, normal TPR, HR between 100-120, and no signs of sepsis? Additionally, Harley is currently on IV fluids and has a mild stress leukogram on CBC, and has been switched from Royal Canin GI low fat food to Purina ProPlan Sensitive skin and stomach.

My cockapoo threw up once yesterday, had diarrhea this afternoon, won't eat, is very restless, and stretches her back legs out when she stands up. She has hip dysplasia and is on Gabapentin and dasaquin. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
