We just got our Yorkie yesterday, and she hasn't pooped yet. She has eaten a couple of times and pees. She threw up after her breakfast when we first got her, but hasn't thrown up since. She seems lethargic and doesn't want to walk around much. What should we do to help her defecate and maintain her energy levels?

To assist with defecation, you can try running warm water over her back end or placing her back end ...
