My 7-year-old Brussels Griffin, Cosmo, has had bile-yellow colored liquid diarrhea for the past 24 hours and has been vomiting bright yellow bile for the last 12 hours. He hasn't eaten much in the past two days and is very lethargic, though he can still walk and go outside. His gums are lighter than usual, but his belly is not painful. He lives near a lake but has not been seen drinking from it. He was at a dog sitter until Thursday evening, and all other dogs there are fine. What could be causing this and what should I do?
